Growth opportunity if you can last longer than 6 months. Ability to make an impact on business because of how understaffed teams are. The people who work here and have survived at least 1 year are phenomenal, but also burnt out. Be prepared for turnover because once top talent is able to leave, believe me they will.
Cons
Revolving door of leadership and team members. Learn to fear Fridays because it seems like every week team members disappear. No support for senior management, just excuses. Company culture = drinking the Koolaid and ignoring all the internal problems Company ran by sales people. Management has no experience within the departments they are overseeing and it shows. No consistency across the board for how team members are treated. They will play favorites. Be prepared to be taken advantage of and have no work/life balance.
