First in 2024 we had an increase of $15 cents/h which is not competitive at all, making $19.71/h , They send coworkers back home when there are too many workers, they overhire employees and there is no work for everyone, you Can't do your 40/hours weekly. there is racism, favoritism, harassment, no teamwork, no safety, those who do not speak or understand English make the daily work more difficult. there is no good communication or fair opportunities to apply for a higher position. no one cares about employee complaints, they have had to report supervisors for abuse and racism, It can be a good season depending on if you have good supervisors at this station. They made up positions that are not in the job description and there is no training or safety to develop. The flight benefits aren't that great, and the bonuses change depending on season needs. Great co-workers, good flight benefit for seasoned employees

Poor pay, NO RAISES, horrible flight benefits for newer employees, no support for supervisors, they don’t follow their own handbook policies, inexperienced managers, low morale.

Benefits!! Worst benefits I’ve ever had in my lifetime of working. 3 days unpaid time off, crappy!! The flight benefits are are horrible with us being at nearly the bottom of all standby lists. S3C. Recently had to pay $1000 for my wife and I to get to Tortola because we couldn’t get a flight on Delta and we don’t have any other options!!! No ZED fares and when you get to ATL you are always in the bottom and never get a seat. 4 of my last 5 flights I had to pay for! New employees have it even worse as they are S4! And no ZED. The quality of new hires is really horrible because nobody wants to work under these conditions with this LOW pay. The people that work in our restaurants make $4 more an hour that we offer, doesn’t make sense!
