What are co-workers like at Versa Integrated Solutions?

I work with a small group in a WFH situation. Everyone is supportive of each other and of our goals. Versa HR is typically responsive and easy to interact with. Good communication throughout the company. The benefits are very good: all federal holidays,

Been here for 5 years, and in that time, we have only received one cost of living raise. I say we, as I know for a fact that it applies to everyone on our contract. My last three performance reviews have been perfect, according to their standards, but only one of those led to a cost-of-living increase, and that was last year. Yearly bonuses are nice, but raises are needed, especially when we exceed expectations on performance reviews.

The Pros are mostly dependent on the contract you work for. This contractor/sub-contractor will mostly leave you alone. Everyone is friendly for the most part. Definitely not the worst contractor or subcontractor to work for. They do their best to retain everyone in a contract transition.

Don't expect annual raises or even cost of living increases. Getting any additional money from this contractor is like pulling teeth.
