Great office view – Located at the top floors with a nice working environment visually. Exposure to many responsibilities – Handling undivided tasks that specialists normally split, giving broader experience.

Unbalanced workload – Tasks that should be divided among specialists are given solely to you, leading to workload overload. Signs of cost-cutting – Recent behavior suggests reductions, uneven salary increases, and an inconsistent approach to compensation. Unfair and unreliable management – Instances of favoritism, management not being transparent, and certain employees receiving unfair treatment. Toxic work behavior – Senior employees talking negatively about others, with bosses ignoring the behavior. RTO requirement even during storms – Employees are asked to report to office despite unsafe weather conditions like bagyo. Work environment rating: 3/5 – Acceptable but affected by management issues, gossip culture, and workload distribution.
