Above-minimum salary – They offered a compensation package higher than the standard entry range. Good salary and benefits overall – Competitive pay, decent perks, and allowances. Great office view – Located at the top floors with a nice working environment visually. Exposure to many responsibilities – Handling undivided tasks that specialists normally split, giving broader experience.

Unbalanced workload – Tasks that should be divided among specialists are given solely to you, leading to workload overload. Signs of cost-cutting – Recent behavior suggests reductions, uneven salary increases, and an inconsistent approach to compensation. Unfair and unreliable management – Instances of favoritism, management not being transparent, and certain employees receiving unfair treatment. Toxic work behavior – Senior employees talking negatively about others, with bosses ignoring the behavior. RTO requirement even during storms – Employees are asked to report to office despite unsafe weather conditions like bagyo. Work environment rating: 3/5 – Acceptable but affected by management issues, gossip culture, and workload distribution.

Good pay and good work colleagues

Even though there are some genuinely good people at this company, it’s overshadowed by the ones who clearly don’t care about your well-being. The culture can be extremely judgmental, with certain individuals quick to criticize instead of support. It creates an environment where you constantly feel watched and judged rather than encouraged to grow. The lack of genuine care and empathy from parts of the organization makes it difficult to thrive here.

Work was good. Very interesting and productive. Plenty to do and learn. Very few road blocks to being productive.

Salary was low, no pension or sick pay. It was disorganised and had a negative, almost abusive atmosphere as a company, although my team were decent people. We worked to many hours.
