Good benefits, fun contests, fair amount of downtime that can be used to make calls to bring in more business or for personal time

High and low periods, inconsistent checks, no longer offering the $15 an hour guarantee for slow seasons. When it's good it great when it's bad you have to make alot of phone calls to keep your commissions livable

Good culture, flexibility, benefits, recognition, room to grow/promotions

Work/life balance, pay vs work requirements, have to work open to close in most locations to hit the 45 hour minimum for management
