Cons
The application process requires significant upfront effort just to access job listings, followed by additional customized materials for each role. Despite this, every application resulted in the same automated rejection email with no feedback or indication that applications were being reviewed individually. Given the highly specific requirements of some roles, the lack of any human interaction or follow-up is frustrating and discouraging.
