Double standard. Line managers are WFH while telling you to come to the office five days a week. Micromanagement. Control your every behaviour, including you don't have a choice to attend the lunchtime CPD. We were told we can't go out to buy our foods, we must have the sandwich they prepared for the lunchtime CPD. We were told to get back to work because the CPD occupied your lunchtime. So you shouldn't have any rest time. Don't care your wellbeing. You were told to travel all the way from Blackburn to London without arranging any accommodation. I left home at 5：30am to get the train and came back home at 8pm. Need to go back to the office 8am the next day.
