I have been with the organization for the past 17 months, and it has been an exceptional experience. It’s truly a great place to work, where the company genuinely prioritizes employee welfare and continually strives for improvement. They provide outstanding benefits, including free parental insurance, car discounts, complimentary meals at the office, and transport facilities. The managers are incredibly supportive and understanding, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.

The work culture, work-life balance and the people you come across as part of this job are great, in general. The management is adequately involved and it's pretty easy to reach out to them and have a conversation, regardless of your position. There are lot of perks like food in the cafeteria at a very subsidized rate, health insurance, employee discounts, hybrid model, etc.

In my personal opinion, this organization is much better for an experienced employee than a fresher. But I feel if they can just hasten up their process starting from onboarding to training and to project allotment, it would be so much better.
