If you're going to join SFIT and MES Project then this review is for you. Both these projects are support projects and more concerned with infra and operations of applications. Here is my review- 1. Micromanagement at its peak level. There are some teams channels where one have to post status like logged in, logging out and even if you're going to washroom break you have to post your status. 2. Sharing daily status of your work. Basically you have to justify every minutes,hours and days. 3. In case of electricity failure or just a simple power down you will have to report to office. (whenever you're in wfh). 4. Weekly Shift schedule is followed here and trust me this one is worst ever seen in my 5-6 YOE. 5. 9 hour 25 mins are official shift hours. 6. Your credit for your work will never be rewarded but your mistakes will be highlighted to extreme levels. Foul language and abusive word are very common here. 7. According to company policy if youre working on sundays then you're eligible for comp off and additional one day salary but its not a case in this project. Basically there is a good family bonding bw TL and Manager that is helping them to do such micro management and bend every situation in their favour. Both of them are non technical but highly political. Also, There are 5-6 team members who are involved at ground level for technical part but they are not helpful for a new guy in the project. What i feel is they don't want a new guy to step up. Luckily my journey here was short and i have switched now. If you're going to join at Gurgaon then check your project name before joinig.
