The Culture is awesome. Gore tries to foster an environment where everyone can share their thoughts and ideas. The working environment is very relaxed. The power given to small teams is surprisingly a lot.
Cons
Gore does not value the IT department as a whole. Many in IT are fulfilling multiple roles while only being compensated for their "job code"
