There are not enough women hired in this company, especially on marketing and creative. It is very obviously shown when they do new hiring and I hope they change this to consider as it reflects in the rest of the company and who this team works with.
- Micro managing, loss of start-up culture, fun and autonomy, excessive hiring of C-suite positions that provided very little value to company culture or operations and more for optics
