Honestly, I think that is what makes this company so difficult to be at. Management doesn't fix things. - Heavy workload - The workload will keep increasing, especially if you are good at your job. It's extremely frustrating. - High turnover - The turnover here is high, especially in the clinic. - Referrals - So many people that get hired here are referrals. - Lack-luster company culture - This company used to be amazing. As time went on, the special company culture became toxic.
