It's a great place to work for self starters and motivated individuals. They have a steady workload and a good variety of projects. I've found the owner to be fair, objective, and generous; and in return he demands a commensurate level of excellence from us employees. The culture is relaxed and schedules are flexible, just as long as the deadlines are met. I have thrived because the loose structure fosters a positive environment for my creative problem solving skills to grow.
