What are perks and other benefits like at White Cap?

I can not think of any.

Benefits are horrible, pay does not match, they do not care about the people at all, culture is a joke, just really going downhill fast.

poor or no training, will hire with no experience but will replace as soon as they find someone better. company as a whole is more concerned with buying out competition than providing proper training, resources, or compensation. Eg I was not provided with a computer until I had been there for almost 2 months in a role that was 100% at a desk on a computer

Slow to make decisions and execute, very low annual raises, too many artificial metrics.

pay, benefits, unlimited sick hours for salary

PTO needs work. 2 weeks of vacation is not much, considering the hours required of a branch manager. This is not a 7-4; this is 24-7.
