The people here are easy to work with. One of the biggest pros is that autonomy over your own work is engrained in Willow Bridge's culture because of how the company was initially structured prior to its rebrand.

Sometimes individual autonomy can go a little too far making some positions sink or swim with little training or support. The PTO allowance is really poor. They use the same PTO structure for corporate and on-site staff, so it takes over 3 years to get to where modern day PTO allowance starts off in other industries.
