      Really great Team and culture

      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Fast growing, lot of learning opportunity, standard benefits, plus promote you to take flight training.

      Cons

Startup culture means undefined duties, also means lot of opportunities.

      1

Ambitious Concept, Misaligned Execution and Concerning Workplace Culture

      Engineering manager
      Former employee
      Mountain View, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Opportunity to work with talented engineers from diverse aerospace and tech backgrounds

      Cons

Frequent strategy shifts created instability and rework, while leadership decisions often lacked clear long-term technical continuity. Startup-style execution conflicted with expected aerospace rigor, contributing to cultural friction and limited psychological safety. Safety messaging was not always reflected in daily practice, and evolving workforce policies and program volatility reduced role clarity, mentorship, and long-term growth opportunities.

      Becoming worse and worse

      Manufacturing technician
      Former employee
      Mountain View, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

-Good benefits -every other Friday off. (Sometimes)

      Cons

-Management does not like a straightforward approach. -they also don’t take in consideration any feedback to improve the company -A lot of the people are remote workers and make it hard to communicate within different teams. Also, when they do eventually show up onsite there is a big disconnect. -Boeing culture is now taking over. -Budget constraints -It is becoming difficult to transition your career within the company to grow your career. -Not given the right tools to succeed. -Long hours.
