Insurance-based work can be demanding, and the tasks can be demanding, but that is unavoidable in our line of work, which has a high level of paperwork required to support our clients.

This position has great flexibility if you prefer working hybrid, manageable billing requirements depending on which contract you choose and great opportunities for bonuses.

Minimal clinical support/guidance as there are many BCBA's and only a few BCBA supervisors. Would recommend the role for BCBA's with clinical/insurance experience.

Working at Yellow Bus ABA has been a really positive experience. The company is very mission-driven and you can tell that leadership genuinely cares about helping kids and families while also supporting staff. The team culture is great — everyone is collaborative, supportive, and willing to help each other out when needed. Compensation is competitive compared to other ABA companies, and there are a lot of opportunities for growth as the company continues expanding. It also feels clinician-focused rather than just corporate, which makes a big difference day to day.

The hourly is okay and good entry level job if you like working with kiddos or staying in the ABA field and want to grow in this career.

I enjoy working at Yellow Bus ABA because it has given me valuable hands-on experience as a Behavior Technician. The work is meaningful, and it is rewarding to see clients make progress over time. The company provides opportunities to build strong relationships with families and develop important skills in communication, patience, and behavior management. Many team members are supportive and genuinely care about helping clients succeed. Flexible scheduling can also be a benefit depending on the case assignments.

- Some cases can be challenging and require patience and adaptability - It can sometimes be difficult for Behavior Technicians to attend scheduled trainings due to conflicts with their work schedules and client sessions.

Fulfilling work. Lots of cases in different locations. Great coworkers.
