What are perks and other benefits like at Zenith Prep Academy?

Zenith has grown tremendously since I've joined, and they have continued to expand and improve processes and practices. Management honors their word and they value their employees time and dedication. I feel like I am valued for work and am able to offer sound solutions to help our team grow. Added benefits - offer health and wellness benefits, 401k to kickstart financial savings, and flexible work schedules and all positions are fully remote. Allows me the flexibility I need to maintain a successful work/life balance.

If you've never come from a fully remote world, or one that offers flexible schedules, it can take some time to get used to and holding yourself accountable can be a challenge at the start.

I joined because I was looking for autonomy, ability to take on new challenges and the chance to contribute in a meaningful way to an organization with a clear common goal—and I’ve found exactly that here at Zenith. Plus having a fully remote role is huge with so many people having to go back to brick and mortar. Like any company experiencing rapid growth there have been bumps along the way - that's to be expected, happens every place i've worked at in my professional career. There’s been a noticeable commitment to improving processes, strengthening communication, and leading with thoughtfulness and transparency. The people here are some of the best around!—collaborative, talented, and genuinely invested in each other’s success. It's nice to have supportive colleagues and managers to bounce ideas off of or partner up with on projects. The work can be tough and expectations are high, but it’s also incredibly rewarding! I feel seen and recognized here for my contributions. Zenith is excellent with promoting from within and developing their people. I can speak from personal experience and know of many others who have been promoted as well. Benefits and 401k are offered, and it suits my needs just fine. Being in a higher cost of living state, there is a lot of competition here for benefits among workplaces. As a smaller company in this space, it's a nice added perk that Zenith is still remaining as competitive as possible. This is a place where you can make an impact, grow alongside the company, and feel supported while doing it. I’m grateful to be part of a team that’s evolving and challenges me every day. I am excited and can't wait to see where we go next!

More cross training opportunities would be nice

I have LOVED my time at Zenith Prep Academy. I am treated with respect, compassion, and care, each and every day. I also love the benefits like being able to work remotely and having a flexible schedule.

The only con that comes to mind is the requirement to work one weekend day each week. However, I have actually enjoyed this schedule, as I can choose any weekday to have off instead each week.
