Pros
I have really enjoyed being at a mission driven organization like knownwell! Every one on the team is passionate about our cause, providing inclusive care for our patients, and it shows in the way we operate. Given that the company is still small there is always the excitement of being able to get involved in a number of projects and be able to see impact immediately. On the personal side there is also the added flexibility of remote work which allows for really great work life balance!
Cons
As any early stage company has, there will always be small hiccups due to lack of process or procedure but this has significantly improved as we have built out the team and continued to grow. Overall benefits also need some improvement, but there is a willingness to take feedback on this and some improvements have already happened (increased PTO/Holiday policy)!
