What are perks and other benefits like at ⋮IWConnect?

The people in Skopje office are nice and friendly.

There are not so challenging projects that can keep you motivated and up to date to latest trends. There are some strict work for home polices and you have no flexibility to work for anywhere, plus no benefits at all(only some basic private insurance). The company is not doing anything to keep the good talent and people. There aren't any regular 1on1 meetings. You won't get noticed from managment team unless you are fighting for a promotion. No strict carrier plan or anything, there are many seniors lacking the technical knowledge and you really won't have any mentors from which you can learn and if you need help on any project.

At the beginning there were some benefits, unfortunately there is none at the moment. Even the smallest benefits like refreshments in the office are not present anymore, and the hybrid way of working is cancelled.

Unfortunately, the individual technical management (most specifically I am speaking about the data team) is not at the level of efficiently guiding the team towards successful implementation of projects and sadly is lacking the technical skills as well. Moreover, the regional management of the Skopje office specifically is completely not on the level to lead the team.
