Last minute request to interview the following day (mid-week during working hours) Interview with two of the uk team. Typical interview questions, but they clock watched the entire time, very off putting. One also gave off incredibly judgemental vibes, and more interested in what existing company offers in terms of benefits rather than anything else Zero follow up from them, not even a courtesy to say not proceeding. Incredibly poor form from their senior team. Followed up directly with an email and no response. Embarrassing that this b corp lets themselves down by disregarding potential candidates.

I was invited to a zoom interview with two members of the Comfort Zone team. During the interview the majority of the time was spent explaining to me the issues that the company were facing from a processes perspective and very little questions were asked about me, or my experience. I found the interviewers to be particularly negative upon my response to the question "why are you leaving your current workplace", to which I responded due to limited progression opportunities as they flagged there would be no opportunities for progression at The Comfort Zone. I chased multiple times for feedback on my interview and never heard a response which was extremely disappointing after taking the time to interview.
