I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at #paid (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2024
Interview
2 rounds of interviews. One was with a screener, One was with the manager. They were fairly standard questions, wanted to know what kind of metrics I had used in the past, wanted to know my familiarity with tools like Tableau and Excel, and wanted to go through my work history. It was fairly easy but we didn't really connect. My skills weren't 100% aligned with what they were looking for because I hadn't had any experience working with influencers before.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at #paid (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2025
Interview
Went in through a referral. Cleared the first two rounds and then the experience just got super pathetic when they made me work on a whole deck and present it, I worked on it for a whole week after my work hours and they praised the deck while I presented it. They made it feel like I was the one. That’s my issue with them. They made me feel like they liked everything. Then when it got to behavioural questions and they asked me how do you cope with stress at work I was honest and said sometimes you just have to take a step back and start your thought process from scratch. Take a walk and slow down. In addition to technical things I’d do to cope with stress. I guess they didn’t like that? They told me they don’t feel like I’d take autonomy over my projects. Ridiculous.
Multi rounds with different stakeholders ending with a panel for final interview where you present a take home case study. Everyone very open to answering questions and helpful to gain insight into the position.
