Met with all persons on the team I was to work with, everyone had their own extensive knowledge base.
All very friendly, but also very inquisitive on how I would fit on the team.
Felt extremely comfortable talking to everyone from the product managers through to the Director of Mobile.

Interview
First of all the website did not have much information about what they do. Found out during the second interview that I would be going to people's houses trying to sell internet/cable packages aaaaalll day long! There's no base pay and hours are ridiculous. 6 days a week! Um, no thanks!
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 10 (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2010
Interview
I was contacted by phone after mailing in my resume to set up a time to come in for an interview. Upon finding the place (there was nowhere in the building that said the company name), I entered a completely empty office suite where a receptionist sat behind the front desk blaring rap music. She didn't turn the music down to greet me or answer the phones. When it was my time to interview, the girl who interviewed me (probably 23 years old) read interview questions off a sheet of paper that she probably found online. She spoke down to me throughout the entire interview process, and even gestured around to the totally empty office suite saying "all this could be yours if you work as hard as I did". I immediately decided this was not a person I wanted to work for. They called me for a second interview but I did not return the call.
