Interview
Interview had 4 - 7 rounds before you get the offer letter
1. Technical interview asking basic fundamentals in depth (React, Node, Javascript) 1hr
2. Architect Round - Architecture level knowledge about technologies, how to optimize app, which technologies to use on a give requirement
3. A 3hr coding challenge on CoderByte or hacker rank.
4. Culture fit - With management and HR
5. Director Round - Onsite. Asks about technical journey and talks about the company, also asks technical questions
6. Mock interviews for clients
7. Client interview - can be technical coding or just a discussion based on the client
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at 10pearls (Lahore)
Interview
Started with a hacker rank test and then two interviews. Interviewers were competent and friendly. HR was very responsive in giving feedback after each interview. They completed my whole process and came up with an offer within 2 days. Best interview experience with any company so far.
Questions were related to system design, database, microservices. Difficulty level was quite reasonable.
