Phone interview was conducted by a college graduate with 3 months of experience. Definitely gave me the impression the company didn't really care about finding the right person. They seemed nice, but I'm not sure what insight this person would have to vet out proper candidates. They are also still using paper applications instead of staying current with today's use of resumes and LinkedIn - which is surprising and disappointing for a digital agency. My on-site interview was cancelled after I didn't rewrite my resume on their application, which I was more than happy about after learning my phone interview was with someone who has less experience than I do. This company sounds like a great place for entry level grads, though!
