Very slow process. They are also not transparent with providing updates. They will also have you do an exercise to "test your skills" (because apparently they don't know how to properly interview. You can easily gather this info within an interview. I've found companies that employ this strategy is a HUGE red flag. And if they don't have the appropriate skill set in their organization, this is also an opportunity for them to steal your work (project plan) for a deliverable and make up a bogus response of why they won't move forward. Salaries are also below average and NOT competitive. Don't waste your time and steer clear of this organization.
