Initial contact was a 45 minute phone call with the hiring manager. Phone call was a screener, not very difficult. It was just to probe my background. First onsite interview had me meet the hiring manager and VP of software.

The HR and recruiters are professional, organized, and supportive. However, the on-site team is shockingly unprofessional. Some interviewers don’t show up without notice, and others ask random, unfocused questions. Don’t waste your time—believe me!
