The first interview with the founder, Leah, was great. The follow-up with her "protege" (her words), Mallory, was canceled 6 minutes before it was scheduled to begin, after stating that my experience was not enough for the position. Upon reviewing the files showcasing my experience that I sent to Mallory, I realized she hadn't even looked at them (trackable links - should be 101 for a digital marketing agency, right?) The most unprofessional, disorganized, and downright disrespectful interview process I've witnessed.
When scheduling the second interview via calendly link (which was broken the first time they sent), I read the absurdly long interview instructions in which they state "Please don't book this if you are not serious about this role and moving forward with this opportunity." Maybe they should take their own advice instead of wasting candidate's time. I spent hours gathering the information they asked all candidates to submit for the final interview. The information they didn't even look at.
