      Shooting Producer Interview

      No offer

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at 16K Agency

      Interview

1.5 Hour interview Then handed a "task" that supposed to take 1-2 hours, but it took the better part of a day, unless you've got a sentence for each section. A presentation where you can see everything flying over the COO's head and had absolutely nothing to ask because none of what was shared means anything to her. Then ghosting without feedback. It's only until I chased that I got confirmation from an office manager, an individual I've never met, via a boilerplate rejection template. Complete waste of time and a bullet dodged if they company isn't professional and mature enough to send an email after the interview, task and presentation.
