Interview
I met with both the Director of Operations and the Executive Director, both of whom we're lovely. The former indicated the position could be done partially remotely, while the latter indicated it needed to be on-site. When the offer was made to me, I inquired about this disparity and was told I would hear back the following day with a clarification. After two days, I had heard nothing so I left a voice mail. After three days and no response, I sent an email. The following day, I received an email back indicating the position did have to be on-site. I responded asking if the position was still being offered to me (as I hadn't yet indicated if I would accept under those conditions and the email did not address this) and I never heard from anyone at the organization again.
