My recruiter was genuinely great to work with. She stayed in touch throughout and helped me feel prepared going into each round. I never felt in the dark about what was coming next. Everyone I met with was friendly and engaged. The conversations felt real and collaborative rather than scripted. Even when I received feedback, it felt thoughtful and respectful.
