I applied online. I interviewed at 21st Century Financial
Interview
Relaxed interview. Explained the position and what it entailed thoroughly. Made you feel comfortable and asked relatively normal questions. Provided a diagram to help you further understand what the job would include.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at 21st Century Financial (Columbus, OH) in Mar 2014
Interview
I spoke to two reps at a career fair. They emailed me to set up an interview. It lasted a little over an hour and then they sent me home to compile a list of 100 people I could contact if I were hired to sell to. I had to take a personality test online and they asked me back for a second interview. I declined the second interview due to myself being unsure if the position was right for me. They were very polite and the company seems to be headed in a strong direction.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at 21st Century Financial (Pittsburgh, PA) in May 2010
Interview
Lengthy interview process, but I knew exactly what I was getting into when I accepted the position. Other companies seem to hire too many people with the expectation that the majority of them will fail. Also, they were extremely helpful throughout the process. I was able to access them with questions when I had them and they were understanding and flexible in scheduling my interviews. They were also very helpful with my licensing process.

Question 1
No tricky questions. They were just trying to get a feel for my personality and if I could be successful in sales.
