the interview process is apply. get called. go in and be lied to. they will tell you a bunch of lies about how much management gets paid out. when u apply for a manger position they don't tell u until you are in training that u are going to get minimum wage and then enter a training program that u may or may not get a management position. they start u as an assistant manger then if possible move u up but NO U DO NOT GET 40k a year. u will not i repeat will not get 40K a year! the lies they tell you is horrible and 99.99% of people leave the company on there own terms by either not showing up or quitting.
