300 Plus Consultant interview questions

Interview process was too long. Had to initially wait for more than 1 hour. To find out that the position for which I was to be interviewed was closed. Now IT WAS FOR A FRESH POSITION. Then a fresh meeting invite was sent and had to wait for another half an hour. Though my profile/experience was not suitable for this profile; still I was interviewed for 1 and half hours. At the end, was told that my experience/profile was not matching their requirement. They could have told this in midst of the interview when they understood. Still they touched base all points in the process. SHEER WASTAGE OF TIME. IF SOMEONE IS NOT IN DIRE NEEDOF A JOB; PLEASE DONT GET INTERVIEWED BY THEM OR DONT JOIN THEM.

Multiple rounds(5-6 Rounds) Domain knowledge , testing concepts are the main thing they are looking for. Took 2 weeks to roll the offer letter. Salary negotiation happened. They said yes to your expectation before interview after they just give you the less package
