I was suddenly called out of the blue by the "first interviewer" from 360 GSP, who had seen my profile on LinkedIn. The first interviewer told me they were looking for digital help and talked to me for about 20 minutes and I went in to see them the next day. I waited in a hot cupboard style room for about ten minutes then spent about 70 minutes with the first interviewer. This interviewer seemed happy and referred me to a "second interviewer" who then spent a further 40 minutes with me. I was told by this second interviewer that I was exactly what they needed and that they wanted to hire me immediately at the end of the interview and he shook my hand and told me to think carefully about what offer I would accept.
