I applied the job online and soon received a phone call. They don't ask traditional questions or behavior questions or something like that, but only trying to convince you to add "something" to your resume. I am not sure that it is legal, so I only agreed to take the position into consideration and there is no more things.

Interview
It was a phone call made by an Indian Lady with a very strong accent, no offence. But it was quite an unpleasant conversation, I can barely understand what she was talking, I have to ask her to repeat again and again. And at the end of the phone call after she asked me if I want to take their Business Training Classes and something like they will help me improve my resume. That's when I realize what they are really doing, and sorry, nope.
