Interview
Met with the VP of Operations. She really took the time to explain the company as a whole; as well as the position. There was no HR interview which was nice, straight to the person you’ll be reporting to. She answered all my questions and the interview was more of a dialogue and conversion verses the old school way of generic questioning.
