Such good vibes from the call to book my my interview until the end of the interview. The man that did the interview asked alot of questions made me feel comfortable like I was already part of the team. Explained alot about the growth in the company. Made me very EXCITED about an opportunity.

Interview
asked about my experience, and background, told me about his life, made a joke about it, talked about the experience to grow in the business, he did it within 2 months of working there, which does not add up to the amount of time he said you need to start from the bottom to manager to owner having a specific amount of sales in a certain week and time period. Wanted to bring me back for a second round, I confirmed, second round was with a man that was telling me more about the business and barely talked about standing in costco or bj for 6 plus hours trying to sell direct tv and verizon to customers, when asked about benefits, there is none.

Interview
I received an email directly from the hiring manager inviting me to schedule an interview. He met with me personally and was very thorough. I also noticed a good balance between him asking me questions and providing information about the company. He was very informative about information regarding advancement. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable with sharing my employment experience.
