I applied online. I interviewed at 3E (Bethesda, MD) in Dec 2025
Interview
I was very impressed with the overall hiring process at 3E. When I first heard about the speed and structure of the process, I was admittedly skeptical—having experienced “fast-moving” processes elsewhere that stalled for weeks. What I encountered instead was a mature, efficient, and intentional approach to hiring that strongly reflects how 3E operates as an organization. That alone reinforced my desire to join the team.
I also greatly appreciated the depth and candor of the conversations around 3E’s direction, particularly their focus on being an AI-first, data-driven organization. They also spoke openly about where they need help and their weaknesses which was very forthcoming and helped me with making my final decision to join the company just one day ago.
