Absolutely unprofessional. After 3 times of the interviewer cancelling last minute and rescheduling last minute, I finally had a phone screening. I spoke to the HR manager, who says he has been the human resources manager for 6 years with the company. He says recently he was given the tasks of the safety director as well. With a company this large, if you're working 2 positions, you're either working 80 hours per week or you aren't doing a good job of either. The Interviewer falls into the latter category. He had no interest in who you were and why you wanted to work there. He didn't ask about previous employment outside of what skills it gave you on your resume. No questions about experience or education. If it wasn't a listed skill, he would cut you off immediately. Asked a series of unprofessional questions to gauge your knowledge of the specialty. It appears that he will hire whomever gets them all right. If you know it all, he will hire you. This is what makes the company so poor. There is no interest in the people, the culture; it is only about the specific skills you bring to the company. Terrible interview.
