The process had two interviews. One behavioural and other technical (semi for me).
First interview was with training coordinator and HR assistant (I think). Mostly questioned on soft skills and gauging on how well I would fit in with the team.
Second interview was with QA manager and HR head. Most questions were on how to test for this situation, resolving problems, process of testing. Rest of the interview was behavioral questions.
Both interviews were about 1 hour long.
