Applied online and Received a call 2 days later with a 15 minute phone interview where I discussed my background in customer service, data entry, and call center. Was invited to an in person interview where I was interviewed by TWO people. They had a series of 8-10 detailed questions and would write down my responses on papers. Eye contact from them was VERY limited. I assumed neither of them were hiring managers and were writing down responses for the hiring manager to read and review later. They will not respond after your responses which is misleading and makes you feel like your responses are complete s**t which is not the case because they're scribes just writing down what you have to say. After the interview I had to complete two computer tests, one was an 8 minute timed license plate entry test where you had 8 minutes to enter as many license plates as you could accurately. The second was a call center simulation where you had to perform basic memory and math tasks. After the interview I did not receive a call back for 11 calendar days. I almost lost hope after the misleading interview.

Very easy and short. Consisted of one speed test. Also asked about my experience in a call centre. Furthermore, I told them about my customer support and administrative experience. I told them I was familiar with the jurisdictions in Canada and knew the models of the cars.
