The interview steps I will share is not their overall process as I wasn't able to go through all the process.
1. Initial phone interview
2. On site group interview

Question 1
Please note the process may vary for your case-
1. Initial phone interview: non technical.
2. On site group interview: Need to provide presentation in front of groups to share what you can offer the company, why do you choose this company to join, describe one of your previous project experience. You need to complete this presentation within 3 minutes. They will judge how you can communicate with the clients/team-mates by this interview step.
3. Online technical test: You will be provided an online technical test link via email which will contain several technical questions to be completed within a given time. Questions will check your basics in .NET/C#/OOP/SQL/MVC etc.
4. Technical interview: I cannot tell the details of this test as I haven't faced this step.

Interview
Following are the Steps I had to go through.
1) A group interview where you have to do a small presentation and basically "market" yourself.
2) An online test on .Net and MS SQL (I have scored 100% in this one, no biggie)
3) Technical Interview with a Dev., This interview was conversational and was more of a discussion than an interview. (This went well and I have requested my package at this point)
After this point, I believe the package I've requested was too high for this position and they didn't proceed.

Question 1
Round 1 Questions,
What can you offer to the company?
Why 4Mation?
What are your past projects?
You have to present this in front of a group of similar candidates + 2 guys from the company.
Round 2 Questions,
Basic string algorithms which uses swapping, sorting.
There's an SQL interview which basically check whether you know query syntax right.
Round 3 Questions,
MVC Questions, .Net Framework Stuff, Load Balancing, Performance Stuff this was more conversational for me than the interviewer asking questions and me answering.
Comment to the Company
It would be much better if you can come up with a logical explanation without just dropping a candidate off. For example, certain candidates may compromise their package(s) etc. in order to get a job.
I got a call from a lady asking few basic details and got selected for a group interview. Its so embarrassing that we have to talk about ourself infront of other applicants.
