In person interview and offered the opportunity. 1099 independent sales. They seem pretty desperate for sales staff. Since it's 1099, there's not a lot of prequalification - just willingness to work their leads. Some flex in their scheduling, but you have to be pretty open about nights and weekends.

Can you work appointments between 9am and 6pm, M-Saturday within an 80 mile radius of Austin
One on one meeting with a sales manager. The interview was very down to earth and more relaxed than I expected. Talked about business and showed me around the store.

Interview
Polite, professional, short, funny, honest, intelligent, there was a good amount of questions and I answered them in a clear and concise way. They treated me with respect. I have no complaints.
