While on Campus I saw a flyer on a job board and called the number. Spoke with a woman that worked in the HR department. She let me know i could come in a week later when the Hiring manager was in, But they only allow 1-2 interns work per summer. I Got to meet Dan a week later and was so excited to hear he was also a State Alumni. The interview seemed like it took three hours but was probably more like 45 mins. I had never had such a nervous time applying to a job was only able to work with Team 517 for 3 months.

Don't worry about selling yourself, they are there to sell you on working for them. They need you more then you need them and if you see through the charade you will notice it almost immediately
