Many questions about deescalation. Asking for specific examples from your work history.
These people left me hanging after the first round interview. No email , no call, at all. I have enough experience and should have been treated with more respect. The interview was AWKWARD the second guy was very nonchalant and just wasn’t friendly. He didn’t seem the slightest interested in what I was saying…. Needless the say I’m glad they never got back to me.
