      Marketing Manager Interview

      Nov 26, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Omaha, NE
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at 88 Tactical (Omaha, NE) in Nov 2025

      Interview

The interview process was pretty normal. I went through an initial phone screening which was pleasant and the next day I recieved a text with an in-person interview for the following week. I arrived on-site early and met with the interviewing team who all seemed genuinely nice. We shifted a few locations inside before landing on a final place to do the interview. For an hour we spoke about the goals, growth opportunities, and marketing pains the company was keeping in mind as well as my past experience & accomplishments and future goals. I came with printed copies of my resume in folders, along with a sheet listing my digital impacts in previous roles and a printed design portfolio. After answering all questions, I felt very good about the interview and was told I'd hear back the next week on potential offers. Upon returning home, I sent a thank-you message to all five people involved. A week later, I recieved an e-mail thanking me for applying, interviewing, and for my thank-you message but they would be moving forward with someone else. I sent an additional thank you e-mail and request for feedback on my interview. No further communication was received by any of the 5 people I spoke with during the process. Given the agile size of the management team, it is dissappointing that not even 30 seconds from top leadership could be spared to close the communication loop and leave a positive impression.
