Completed first phone interview for Virtual Recruiting position. Scheduled for second phone interview and received the call from the recruiter 15 minutes after the scheduled time. No worries, I understand how things go in the corporate world and proceeded with phone interview as planned. 2nd phone interview went well and was scheduled for a Skype interview with the CEO. Prepared for the interview, wore a suit, etc and received a call 15 minutes before the interview that the CEO, Tiffany won't be available, however, there is another recruiter who will be calling. (although no confirmed time was given) Ok, so now I'm starting to see a pattern here. Later that afternoon I received a call from the other recruiter mentioning this was the time of the interview, however, I was not notified of the confirmed time before hand. I am wondering how other aspects of their business operate? I do have other opportunities which is great, however, I was not impressed at all with Orchard's process and would recommend thinking twice before considering them for employment.
