The company was recruiting on campus and I reached out to a recruiter's email and sent in my resume. Then, I got a response to interview on campus the following day. The interview was all behavioral and I interviewed with VP of HR. Questions: What was your biggest challenge, why, and what was the outcome? Tell me about a time you had a leadership role. Why us? Why are you interested in our opportunities? When was the busiest time for you and what did you do? What 3 things do you hope to gain from this? They took a total of 6 college interns. We worked closely together on a project, and individually worked for separate (but related) companies within the 1 holding company. Culture-wise: older people, very nurturing and helpful, but not exactly the place for young, energetic college students.
